Personality, soul and evolution tarot cards

In this hub I will explain, what is Personality, Soul and Evolution cards and how to calculate them by numerology.

Personality card shows personality traits that should be improved. It is traits that we show in daylight and means we use to influence others. This card shows how you represent yourself in external world, what kind of goals you have to do and what challenges you have to face.

Soul card shows internal personality traits, that should be improved. It is our internal strength, that helps us find our place in this world, our way and our real I.

Evolution card shows energies, goals, challenges that dominate in particular year of that person's life.

To calculate your Personality card, do these operations:

1. Add your birth year, month and day. For example, if you born on 1976 March 29, then add 1976+3+29=2008.

2. Add numbers of sum calculated before. According to our example: 2+0+0+8=10. That's it - 10th Arcanum (the Wheel of Fortune) is your Personality card.

Note: if sum is greater than 22 (for example, 26), add numbers one more time (2+6=8). This process is called Theosophical Addition.

You can also expand number you have numerologicaly. So your Personality card is not only 10th Arcanum, but also 2nd, 0 (21st) and 8th Arcana. If number repeats several times (in this case 0), it should be evaluated only one time.

To go even deeper into yourself, you can use second and third level expansions. As in the given example, 1976+3+29=19+7+6+3+11=46=4+6=10 (the last number of sum 11 is expanded and added number 29 (2+9=11)). In this way you get two new personality card arithmetical expansions. 19th, 7th, 6th, 3rd and 11th Arcana is second level of Personality, and 4th and 6th Arcana is the third level.

To calculate your Soul card, you have to calculate your personality card as explained above (only steps 1 and 2). Then you just have to add sum you have. As in the example, you have sum 10, so you just add it: 1+0=1. 1st Arcanum (the Magician) is your Soul card.

Expanding Soul card arithmetically will give us in this example 1st and 0 Arcana.

To calculate your Evolution card, do these operations:

1. Add your birth day, month and year you want to know about. For example, if you have born on 23 March and want to know your evolution card for 2012, simply add: 23+3+2012=2038.

2. Add numbers of sum you get. As in example: 2+0+3+8=13. So, your Evolution card for 2012 is 13th Arcanum (Death). It doesn't mean that you die this year. Death is the card of transformation and changes.

Note: if you get sum greater than 22, add numbers one more time.

For arithmetical expansion in this example you have to take only 2nd, 0, 3rd and 8th Arcana.
